PPSC Academic Marks calculation formula for calculating PPSC merit marks. As we know that from BPS 7 to above all the recruitment is under PPSC. In the same way, if you secure 70 marks in the system test conducted by PPSC, 35 marks will be added into your final merit.

PPSC Passing Marks

Passing Marks for PPSC Test are 40% but if the passing candidates are in large number then 5 candidates are called for interview for one post. A candidate who secured 40 marks out of 100 is considered pass. That is to say, for interview it is necessary to pass the written test.

PPSC Merit Criteria for PPSC Academic Marks


Academic Marks 40 + written test marks 50 + interview marks 100 = 190

PPSC calculate merit from 190 marks. As I already provided the formula for calculating academic marks. You can calculate your academic marks according to the above formula. PPSC conducts written test of 100 marks. The passing marks are 40. And 50% of the written marks are calculated in the final merit of PPSC. If you secured 60 marks in the written test, you will get 30 marks in the final merit.
