Rising Unemployment in Pakistan

 

Pakistan is a country of young people and have a great potential in its youth. We always hear in the news that our youth did remarkable things in the world and won many prizes. This is because of the talent in our youth. Bit unfortunately, there are not enough chances of employment in our country. The majority of Pakistani depends on Government jobs. They studied for only getting Government Job. They never think about doing a business. Making any extraordinary things. But the job is not the solution of unemployment. How many jobs Government can create?

Solution of Unemployment:

To eradicate the unemployment in Pakistan, we should start businesses which create more jobs. Only depending on the Government, we cannot eradicate the unemployment. We must start small business which help us to create new jobs. We should make things that we can export to the other countries. This will give a huge boost to our economy.

How to get a Job?

In these days, getting a job is too much difficult in Pakistan. Educator jobs in Punjab announced in 2017 last time. After that not a single educator is hired in Punjab. Educator job announced in bulk and most of the youth get the job. And now as these jobs are not being announced since 2017, it is very disappointment for the youth.

Other Jobs are announced in little quantity and on few toppers can get the job. The rest remain jobless. In this era, if the jobs are announced in any department, the department could not conduct the tests. This also delays the process.

How to prepare for a Job?

Now as we know that getting job is very difficult. We should prepare ourselves for a job. We should not wait for the advertisement of the job. Start preparing without waiting for the job. There will a tough competition now for getting a job. So you should prepare yourself before the time.
